Living in the modern world can be pretty stressful, always searching to find peace of mind and happiness. Whether it's trying to find the right job, the right partner, enough money or the perfect house, the search can be endless. Even when we find these things, we soon realise that seeking happiness outside our selves is always impermanent.

Unless we are willing to look at the root of the situation, the search for true happiness will always elude us. However, when we are willing to be truly free and release ourselves from habitual patterns, anxiety and endless thoughts, we can soon be at ease and realise our inherent natural freedom. When we get stuck with certain ideas, we may have about ourselves or the world, we limit our potential and can create all kinds of problems in our lives.

Yet it doesn't have to be the case, it is possible to live a joyful life at ease with the world and still full fill our own unique creative potential.

If we are willing to look at who we truly are, then it is possible to access this boundless awareness, which brings real joy and clarity. No matter who we think we are, what path we are on, there is always the opportunity to access this natural freedom in every moment of life.

When we align ourselves with this essence, then we can break free of patterns and conditioning that bring anxiety and stress. The only tool we need is a willingness and commitment to real freedom.

True happiness has nothing to do with how much money we have, how many friends we know, where we live or what we know, true happiness is always already present, we just need to know where to look.
