It is organised into different sections and of course different sections will be of interest to different groups of people. There is no intention to be comprehensive; these are resources I am aware of that I recommend.
Also, there are a range of mindfulness based programs; my emphasis is on evidence based mindfulness programs, in particular MBCT. In an exponentially growing field there are other programs and many further resources; this list is not intended to be definitive.
